About Perrier-Jouët champagne house
Champagne’s 10th largest house has seen numerous ownership changes prior to its purchase by global beverage powerhouse, Pernod Ricard in 2005. They have been producing their signature, floral yet elegant style Champagne since 1811.

Interesting Fact: The flowers were first featured as part of Perrier Jouet’s bottle art in 1902. They were an Art Nouveau expression of the Japanese Anemone flower (Anemone hupehensis).

Floral, elegant and soft creamy, yet rounded. Pinot Noir is used for it’s floral perfume characteristics rather than strength. Chardonnay is also used in a way to express its fragrant notes and picked young to purposely avoid ripeness.
