About Billecart-Salmon Champagne House

Delicate, fruity layered freshness is the hallmark style of this house and it takes a refined palate to truly appreciate the subtle complexity that lies beneath their wines.

They have certainly gained fame for their popular Rose well before the resurgence for this style of Champagne.

Their dependence on the Pinot Meunier grape is unusual for houses in Champagne.

FRUIT SOURCED FROM

382 hectares of estate wines (20%), 125 hectares of LVMH wines (10%), 70% from over 1200 different growers who grow on average less than one hectare each between them. Most fruit is sourced from the Montagne de Reims, Verzy, Verzenay, Bouzy, Cote des bar, Ambonnay and more.
